Mayor Jack and Emma Vulin MP came to visit the Year 6 students to talk about the role of the Council and State Government. They taught us many interesting things like what the local council takes care of and where their funds go. We learnt that the State and Local Governments work together to make our communities better places to live. 

At the end, we got to ask many interesting questions, which they knew the answers to. In our opinions it was very educational and an interesting experience that we all enjoyed and learned from.
